"Decent Flight, Bad Timing With Baggage"
The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. The baggage situation was a bit annoying though. My bag came out late and looked a little dirty when it finally showed up, but luckily nothing was damaged. I guess it might’ve just been bad timing with the luggage handling that day, but the staff didn’t really explain what was going on either. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been better.

Just a heads-up for anyone booking through airarabia: my payment did go through eventually, but the process was a bit stressful. The first attempt showed an error, and I couldn’t tell if my card had been charged or not. I had to wait a while and then try again, which isn’t ideal when you’re booking a flight. The ticket arrived a few minutes later, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the payment system really needs to be more reliable. I’d suggest double-checking your bank before trying again so you don’t risk getting charged twice...

The cabin crew were polite, but they didn’t come around much or seem super attentive. The food was basic and took a while to arrive. Overall, the flight was fine, nothing terrible, but nothing really stood out either 🙂

I had a really easy boarding experience with Air Arabia. The line moved quickly, and the staff handled everything clearly without making it feel complicated. I used my boarding pass on my phone and had no issues at all. I was in my seat fast, which gave me a lot of confidence that they know how to keep things organized. Nothing over the top, just a smooth, on-time process, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

I booked my flight through the mobile app, and while it did eventually work, the whole thing felt slower than it should have. The payment page froze on me once, so I had to start over, which was annoying. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I kind of wish I’d just booked somewhere else or used the website instead.

Flew with Air Arabia recently and, to be honest, the seat was actually more comfortable than I expected for the price. I had decent leg room and the cushion wasn’t that hard, which already makes a flight feel better in my mind. It was only a short flight, so maybe that’s why I didn’t feel tired after landing, but still, I think the seat was probably just comfortable too. Nothing fancy, just a simple and good experience overall.

"Decent flight, but the delay was annoying"
I booked through airarabia and the flight itself was okay, nothing amazing but nothing terrible either. The main issue was the delay. We left about 45 minutes late, and the delay was just annoying because nobody really explained what was going on at the gate. I kept checking for updates, but there wasn’t much information, which made the waiting feel even longer. We didn’t arrive extremely late in the end, but it still messed up my pickup a bit, and that was frustrating. For the price, I guess it was acceptable, but the delay and lack of communication really took away from the experience. I just wish they were more punctual, or at least better at keeping passengers updated when there’s a delay

The staff seemed mostly professional, but a few of them came across a bit rushed and not especially friendly. "Better than I thought it would be"
I flew with Air Arabia the meal was better than I expected. Maybe I’d set the bar too low, but it was warm, tasted decent, and the portion was fine for the length of the flight. It wasn’t anything fancy, of course, but I actually didn’t mind it. I do think they could offer a few more drink options though. Overall, I was happy with it.
